This has come up time and again, and I feel like it's finally time to get an answer everyone can agree to to make our lives all a little easier. Here's the situation:

One of the most common problems we run into in this RP is picking a translation of Japanese cards to go by and use. An example of this are the monster cards found in the Duel Terminal sets (Naturia, Jurak, Genex, Flamvell, and so on). Some of us use Shriek's interpretation, while others use the Yu-Gi-Oh! Wikia, and keep those until the cards are published in English. Unfortunately, not all of the cards get brought over (either in a timely manner or ever), and the translations don't always match from site to site. This can make it difficult for us when we're looking up effects or trying to make rulings in the middle of a duel. So, I decided it was time we put it to an official vote!

An explanation for the third choice: This would be like taking the very different translations for Naturia Beast from the two, picking or marrying the translations, and then posting the effect for approval. It's the most tedious of all of the options (aside other), but it's the most thorough.

I voted other. I suggest that if there's a discrepancy and the card hasn't been printed in English, we shove it in Hino's face until he translates it.

Refusal to translate will be met with torture.

... I was actually suggesting 'let me do it' in AIM, so hey, I'm gonna go ahead and change my vote from Shriek to what Jeff said, minus the torture.

If you're really okay with doing that, then okay. The only thing that concerns me about that is, like, abusing the privilege, you know? I know if it were me, I'd probably get annoyed with it pretty quickly, so... If we do wind up going with that, even if goes without saying I'd like to say that if you want us to switch to something else then DO IT. Or else I'll kill you!

That said, I guess this means I need to find clear scans of Naturia and Juracs.
