Okay, so let's start from the bottom up.
In terms of traps, obviously what Hino said is a good point. Dragon's Rage ONLY works with dragons of which you have none. Magical Hats is a nice trick card, but you aren't running any of the cards its nice to play it with. I won't go much deeper than that since I'm just starting on what isn't needed. Part of what is important is HAVING the cards you want to put in, hence why I'm just gonna stick with unnecessary cards. So yeah, as it stands traps should look more like this.
Traps:
Eradicator Epidemic Virus X 1
Magic Cylinder X 1
Threatening Roar X 1
Sakuretsu Armor X 2
Now for Magic/Spells. Calming Magic is not a good card. Let's ditch that. Hinotama's 500 damage just isn't worth the space it takes up. That should go as well. Dragonic Attack also isn't worth the space. Knight's Title you should definitely ditch. I'll explain why later. Same with Black Magic Ritual. At the bare minimum these cards should go. That'd make it look like this.
Magic:
Mystical Space Typhoon x1
Heavy Storm x1
Back to Square One x1
Brain Control x1
Swords of Revealing Light x1
Ookazi x1
Hammer Shot x1
Monster Reborn x1
Diffusion Wave Motion x2
Lightning Vortex x1
Now for monsters. Here's the reason to ditch Knight's Title. Sure you have three Dark Magicians but you have one Dark Magician's Knight. And frankly Dark Magician's Knight just isn't worth it at all. He's a high level monster that requires getting rid of a high level monster using a spell card you have one copy of and all so you can get a monster that instantly destroys 1 card at the same stats as Dark Magician. Most of the time these cards will make for a dead draw, so Dark Magician's Knight has to go. Similarly Magician of Black Chaos is level 8 ritual monster with 2800/2600 stats and no effect. He's just not worth the 3 or 4 cards that go into summoning him. Miracle Flipper is not a good card, it should also go. I haven't been able to find it, but I'm pretty sure Lady of Faith has no effect and has like 1100 attack points. Ditch her. Take out both Dark Magician Girls. You don't get enough of a return from them and you already have a bunch of high level monsters. The Tricky may not get the minor boost DMG gets, but he's a much faster summon at similar stats. Buster Blader probably isn't necessary either, especially if you want to use Dark Eradicator Warlock. That puts your full set-up looking something like this.
Monsters:
Skilled Dark Magician x2
Dark Magician x3
Gorz the Emissary of Darkness x1
Royal Magical Library x1
Dark Eradicator Warlock x1
Rapid-Fire Magician x1
Chaos Sorcerer x1
Blast Magician x1
Skilled White Magician x1
The Tricky x1
Old Vindictive Magician x1
Breaker the Magical Warrior x1
Magic:
Mystical Space Typhoon x1
Heavy Storm x1
Back to Square One x1
Brain Control x1
Swords of Revealing Light x1
Ookazi x1
Hammer Shot x1
Monster Reborn x1
Diffusion Wave Motion x2
Lightning Vortex x1
Traps:
Eradicator Epidemic Virus X 1
Magic Cylinder X 1
Threatening Roar X 1
Sakuretsu Armor X 2
Total: 31
That's right, I've eliminated 14 cards from your total. Even given some very basic cards that gives you 9 slots to add in to improve this deck. Now my biggest suggestion would be to buy the latest spellcaster based structure deck as it provides a lot for you to work with.
Your previous monster set-up was even heavier on the high-level monster area, but this one has five monsters of level seven or higher. Of those five, one has a nifty summon ability (Gorz) and another is a NOMI that needs to sacrifice a Dark Magician (a high level monster) for. Chaos Sorcerer also has a nifty special summon effect, as does The Tricky. However, you lack enough in the way of Dark/Light mix to really get a good return on Chaos boy there. Blast Magician is almost never going to be helpful, but I didn't want to rid you of another low level monster.
This current monster list has 15 monsters, of whom 7 are high level. Again, I don't know what cards you have so I can't make too many suggestions.
Oh, and this is important. Do you have any synchro monsters and/or tuners?
